Several reasons. Partly as a playground for me, Marcus, to post useful links and experiences, partly a way to maintain my interest in Wordpress, CSS and web design, and also as a showcase for my business interests, travel and people phorographs, and anything else I feel like using it for. I’ve also been registering domain names since 1996, and this was one I had in the collection. I spotted it fairly randomly and thought, wouldn’t it be nice to have the email address m@rcus.co.uk. Now that my business interests span several online companies that seem to be ever evolving I decided it would be a good idea to try and keep at least one constant address that stays with me, regardless of what happens to my company interests. The next obvious step was to use the domain for an online space, where friends and colleagues can keep track where I am, what I am doing and what I have to say. Thanks for stopping by to take a look.
